Dr. Prazich has been helping dentists with practice transitions for over 25 years and values the relationships he has developed with his many clients.
Dr. Michael Prazich has been involved in dentistry for over 48 years. He graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1971, served as a Captain in the US Army for two years and then purchased a very well-established general practice in Flagstaff, Arizona in 1973. In 1978, he took over the dental clinic at the Grand Canyon.
While practicing, he averaged 185 hours a year in continuing education, founded the Northern Arizona Research and Study Club and was a founding member of the Arizona Academy of Dentistry. Presently, Dr. Prazich is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the Minnesota Dental Association.
IN 1993, Dr. Prazich founded Transition Resources, a national dental transition firm that has been involved in over 450 dental practice transitions and buyer representations.
